Organizational Development Lead
We have two vacancies as Organizational Develpoment Lead, one OD lead for total rewards and the other for workforce management and/or policy development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing organizational development programs that align with business objectives.
- Support the development and execution of change management strategies for ongoing organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR partners and department leaders to identify development needs and address workforce challenges.
- Help manage and administer compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews and benefits enrolment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support compensation decisions and ensure competitive pay structures.
- Contribute to the creation and revision of company policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
- Communicate policy changes and updates to employees and provide guidance on policy interpretation and implementation.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to organizational development, total rewards, workforce management, and policies.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective policy implementation, workforce support, and employee recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workforce management, policy changes, and organizational development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development, total rewards, workforce management, and/or policy development.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration and organizational development best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
