Responsibilities:

• Plan preventative Maintenance.
• Record parts usage and order replacement products and parts.
• Report any major damage or misuse of Golf Carts to management.
• Maintain good communication levels with management.
• Provide weekly LPO and operation.
• Ensures all Machinery is cleaned and respected by all Colleagues.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of all maintenance operations, numbers, and routes.
• Reports damaged, misbehavior or unprofessionalism by any colleague to a supervisor.
• Ensures wash-bay is left clean & tidy.
• Ensures all Colleagues Clean and correctly park golf carts at the end of their shift.
• Fill in and record daily activities.
• Prepare a weekly report, covering weekly operations, LPO’s and any outstanding issues.
• Maintains a preventative maintenance program on all equipment, purchases repair parts and replacement supplies. Reviews expenses and purchases with department manager for approval. Places orders for parts/supplies as needed for equipment or service and tracks expenses and inventories for budget purposes.
• Inspects, adjusts, diagnoses and repairs mechanical defects in the golf carts.
• Maintains records of preventative maintenance, repairs made, parts ordered.
• Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of golf carts
• Helps to control costs and expenses in the maintenance of the fleet relating to parts purchases, inventory levels, service work, inventories and related items.
• The manager is authorized to assign the employee to any task within the department.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school level.
• Experience: 3-5 years in the same position.

Skills and Competencies:
• Good command in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
• Knowledge club cart and visage.
• Knowledge of material safety data.
• Identification of MEP spare.
• Knowledge in Fire, Life, Health& Safety System.
• Team player.
• Good all-around skills - Knowledge of All Daily operations - Sound knowledge of All operational equipment - Knowledge of Club Carts and Visage
• Physical work, heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects around 50 Kg.
