Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for managing Golf Saudi’s portfolio of assets, including golf courses, real estate properties, and related infrastructure.

• Conduct financial analysis, market research, and feasibility studies to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize asset performance.

• Monitor and manage the operational and financial performance of assets, including revenue generation, cost management, and profitability analysis.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal) to negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and partnerships related to asset management.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and government authorities, to support asset management strategies and initiatives.

• Implement asset management best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Prepare and present reports, financial forecasts, and investment proposals to senior management and stakeholders to support decision-making processes.

• Identify and implement initiatives to enhance the value and efficiency of Golf Saudi’s asset portfolio, such as renovation projects, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.

• Monitor market trends, economic factors, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities affecting Golf Saudi’s asset portfolio.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the asset management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• The manager is authorized to assign the employee to any task within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or portfolio management, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or real estate industry.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing asset portfolios to achieve financial goals and objectives. Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Skills and Competencies:
• Strong financial analysis skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
• Experience in contract negotiation, lease management, and property management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Yardi).
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
