Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with Golf Saudi’s vision and objectives, focusing on the expansion and improvement of golf-related assets and infrastructure.

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of investment projects, including golf course development, facility upgrades, and related ventures. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to assess investment opportunities and project viability. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with investment projects. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard portfolio performance.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, private investors, and international golf organizations, to secure support and funding for projects.

• Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

• Track and evaluate the performance of investment projects and initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform investment strategies and decisions.

• Ensure all investment activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex investment projects and portfolios.
