Landscape Design Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative landscape designs for golf courses and other facilities in alignment with Golf Saudi's vision.
Prepare and analyze plans, drawings, and technical reports related to landscape design.
Ensure compliance with environmental, planning, and local and international regulations and standards.
Manage and direct a team of designers to achieve design objectives within the set timeline and quality standards.
Coordinate work with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure precise execution of designs.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
Oversee all stages of projects from design through to execution, including preparing schedules and budget estimates.
Provide regular reports on project progress and manage modifications and changes as needed.
Ensure high quality in execution and adherence to environmental and sustainability standards.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs.
Organize and lead design presentations and update meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in landscape design and apply them to enhance project quality.

Develop innovative strategies to improve project sustainability and enhance the value of the landscape designs.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional professional certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in landscape design, preferably with experience in golf course projects or large-scale related projects.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other landscape design programs.
Strong leadership, coordination, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
