Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage federation projects from initiation through to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including golf federations, government bodies, sponsors, and other key partners. Build and maintain strong relationships to facilitate project success.
• Work closely with the Director of Projects and other senior leaders to align federation projects with Golf Saudi’s strategic objectives and ensure they contribute to the overall vision and mission.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and team members to achieve project goals. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Highlight progress, risks, and issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure that risk management plans are in place and followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.

Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in project management, preferably in the sports or federation sector. Experience with golf-related projects is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
