Marketing and Communications Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the Federation's vision and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns to promote golf events, initiatives, and the Federation's activities.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and public relations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop and maintain the Federation's brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials adhere to these standards.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, and other communication materials.
- Handle media inquiries and manage the Federation’s public image.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure content is aligned with marketing objectives and optimized for audience engagement.
- Collaborate with event organizers to promote golf tournaments, exhibitions, and other events hosted by the Federation.
- Develop event marketing plans, manage logistics, and analyze post-event performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and communications team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Work closely with internal teams, sponsors, and partners to support collaborative marketing efforts and drive mutual objectives.
Facilitate partnerships and sponsorships that enhance the Federation's reach and impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong background in sports marketing or event promotion.
Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, content creation, and public relations efforts.
Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market and cultural nuances, with the ability to tailor strategies accordingly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in budget management and performance analytics.
