Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas within the golf sector.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans.

• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and monitor progress.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and initiatives.

• Lead strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

• Prepare and present regular reports on strategic initiatives to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.

• Identify and promote innovative practices that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience in the golfing sector.

• Assess potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
