Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the corporate strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with Golf Saudi’s goals and objectives.

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the golf industry.

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and report findings to senior management.

• Work closely with various departments to ensure effective execution of strategic plans and initiatives.

• Facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and drive strategic alignment.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the executive team and board of directors on strategic initiatives and performance metrics.

• Identify best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the strategic planning process.

• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or a similar role.

• Proven track record of successfully managing strategic initiatives and projects.
