Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans that align with Golf Saudi's mission and vision.

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and operational performance.

• Analyze performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.

• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and performance objectives.

• Assist in the management of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on strategic initiatives.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices and areas for operational enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development, performance management, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
